Florin Finance has advised Van Halteren Groep on the acquisition of the Boxtel-based Large Projects activities of Bosch Rexroth Netherlands, which includes the production of large cylinders and related service activities.
At the location in Boxtel, Bosch Rexroth produces cylinder products and systems and it realizes turnkey projects for primarily the Marine & Offshore, Civil Engineering, Motion & Research Technology, and Renewable Energy markets. It also provides complementary services for these projects, systems, and products. Approximately 250 of the company’s employees in Boxtel will become part of the Van Halteren Groep.
