Dobbe Flower Holland has sold Dobbeflowers to Waterdrinker and Agora Group. Dobbeflowers is active in the wholesale trade of cut flowers and cut foliage and has a strong position as a high-quality supplier to florists and flower arrangers. The company is located in Aalsmeer, the Netherlands.
As part of the Royal Flora Holland’s Floriworld project, Waterdrinker has expanded its existing facilities and has opened the Green Trade Center in the beginning of 2018. Together with Agora Group (Belgium), Waterdrinker has acquired Dobbeflowers to serve as the platform for their jointly operated Cash & Carry department located in Green Trade Center. It will serve as a flagship store for international professional buyers and for Floriworld visitors.
Dobbeflowers has been acquired to further increase the European sales network and expertise of Waterdrinker and Agora Group in the flower segment.
Waterdrinker and Agora Group are active in the worldwide export and wholesale trade of indoor and outdoor plants and cut flowers and mainly supply florists, garden centers, wholesalers and retailers. Waterdrinker is headquartered in Aalsmeer, the Netherlands and Agora Group in Kontlich, Belgium.
