COFRA Holding, the investment vehicle of the Brenninkmeijer family, will acquire 100% of the shareholdings in Dalsem, a leading developer of high-tech greenhouses worldwide. Managing Director Jan Pieter Dalsem will remain in his position in order to work closely with COFRA to further strengthen the business in the coming years.
