Alcomex operates modern production and distribution facilities in the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Germany, Poland, France and India. The company’s headquarters are located in Opmeer, the Netherlands.
HZ solutions is a specialist designer and manufacturer of fastening systems, springs and wireforms for horticulture and industrial applications. HZ solutions is located in Hilvarenbeek, the Netherlands.
Although HZ solutions will continue as an independent company within the Alcomex Group, attractive commercial and operational synergies can be realised. HZ solutions is highly complementary to Alcomex’s existing product market combinations and adds valuable engineering and production knowledge and capabilities.
