Florin Finance is pleased to expand the experience and commercial strength of its team with the appointments of Niels Roks and Remco Goes as  new partners. With these appointments, Florin Finance continues to build on its position as a leading midmarket corporate finance boutique.

Niels Roks brings over fourteen years of experience in mergers and acquisitions. He started his career in the corporate finance practice of ING, and subsequently worked within the M&A teams of Oyens & Van Eeghen and Rabobank. For the past two years, he held the role of Director in PwC’s M&A practice.
At Florin Finance, Niels will mainly cover the manufacturing industry with a specific focus on the agri-tech sector.

Remco Goes spent the past thirteen years at Deloitte Corporate Finance. He was most recently responsible for the TMT Corporate Finance team, focusing on advising large corporate organizations, high-growth tech companies and private equity investors in the telecom, media and technology (TMT) sectors. In addition, Remco was active in maintaining relationships with private equity firms that focus on the Benelux midmarket
At Florin Finance, Remco will continue to focus on advising fast-growing technology companies, such as in the Software, IT Services, Media and Digital Marketing segments.
