OHV Vermogensbeheer (OHV) has acquired Petrus Wealth Management (PWM), a regional private asset manager in the southern part of Netherlands.

OHV is an Amsterdam-based asset manager that has been active in the financial markets since 1932. With over 40 specialists, OHV manages €5.5 billion of assets for institutional clients, such as local governments, insurers, banks, corporates and housing corporations, as well as for private clients. OHV offers high-end services and has the ambition to become a leading asset manager in the Netherlands.

PWM, based in Hoeven, Noord-Brabant, became a major regional player over the past 12 years in the market for private asset management in the southern part of the Netherlands and Belgium. The company has €100 million of assets under management. As a result of its personal approach, PWM significantly expanded its client base in recent years to approximately 125 private clients.

PWM is a valuable strategic partner for OHV: PWM provides the opportunity to enter the regions of Brabant, Zeeland and Belgium where a significant part of PWM’s current clients are located.
